Tune Kom-Vor Saddle Detail: Tune's Kom-Vor saddle replaces the ever-popular Speedneedle saddle in their product line. Like its predecessor, this is a full carbon saddle suitable for road or cross country use, fitted with a slim leather rear covering for increased grip and comfort. The remaining upper portion of the saddle is given a durable clearcoat over 3k weave carbon, with Tune's elegant logo prominently displayed. The shape of the saddle is concave from front to rear, with gradual down sloping along either side. Underneath, carbon rails are securely bonded to the upper shell. The rails are uniquely reinforced with steel strips along the upper and lower lengths. The addition of these reinforcements protect the rails from overclamping and high stress situations. Installation: Due to the placement of the rail reinforcements, This saddle has limited seatpost compatibility. Seatposts which grip the rails from the side may not be used. We recommend the saddle be mounted with the rear edge 1-2 cm higher than the front, with exact placement depending on rider comfort. This may require some experimentation.
