Zipp Rim Tape
A simple cure for "too-tight" clincher tires.
Some tires (i.e. Michelin and Continental models) tend to fit quite tightly and are very difficult to install with traditional thick rim tape. This tape is cut thinner than the traditional cloth style to add more seating space to the tire bead. Designed for optimum performance with our clincher rims, it features a tightly woven, durable strip with a strong adhesive backing. 2 rolls per pack. Say goodbye to sore thumbs and frustrating tire installation forever!

Installation Instructions:
- Clean the tire bed with a clott - use acetone or rubbing alcohol to remove stubborn dirt, mold release and grease.
- Check and remove any spoke hole burs with sand paper or a file.
- Align the hole in the tape with the valve hole and wrap using moderate tension.
- Note: Take precautions to seat the tape correctly, avoid placing the tape up the sidewalls as this may cause the tire to dislodge.
- Press the tape into the base of the tire bed to ensure proper adhesion.
