Stealth Cycling guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit within 30 days of purchase:
1. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Stealth Cycling will refund the actual ground shipping costs to return damaged merchandise or to return merchandise due to a miss-shipment).
2. Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.
3. Send returns to: Stealth Cycling Products, 15218 Summit Ave. Ste: 300-301, Fontana, CA 92336, USA (we do not accept CODs).
4. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to customerservice@stealthcycling.com or call on our business phone at 909-357-3294.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
